Dave has over 26 years of experience in healthcare marketing research, including 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry. As a qualitative moderator for the last 14 years, Dave has personally moderated over 375 qualitative research studies in more than 110 therapeutic categories.

Michael has over 19 years of experience in designing and managing research for many pharmaceutical and medical device and diagnostics companies. He is trained in a variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and has focused on strategic pre-launch research in the areas of product positioning, message development, creative concept evaluation and visual aid testing.

Gretchen Parrack has more than 15 years of experience in marketing research, primarily in the pharmaceutical / health care industry. Gretchen has spent the last 9 years as a qualitative moderator. Throughout her career, Gretchen has conducted more than 200 qualitative research studies across more than 50 therapeutic categories.

She has been a career HR professional for more than 25 years and has served in a variety of roles and functions in the HR consulting field while at various companies including PWC and Mercer.
